To secure a service, clients are required to pay a booking amount at the time of selection. This booking amount confirms your slot and covers the initial consultation call.

After the first consultation call, the remaining service fee is payable upfront. The drafting and substantive work on your matter will commence only after the balance payment has been received. The booking amount is strictly non-refundable, while the balance amount remains refundable in accordance with our refund policy.

Each service includes an initial consultation call, ongoing updates, minutes during the engagement, and final delivery of the agreed documentation.

Before sharing the final draft, we schedule a call with the client to ensure clarity, alignment, and that the document accurately reflects the client’s objectives. After the final draft is shared, we also include two 30-minute calls for clean-ups, post-delivery clarifications, or minor refinements related to the delivered work.

The documents required depend on the service you choose. Once your request is received, our team will share a tailored list of documents specific to your matter. After the documents are shared, we will schedule a call if any clarification is needed, otherwise, you will receive the draft or deliverable, based on our discussion.

Once you've booked our service, you will be required to schedule a call with us, to discuss further steps on how can you share the document with us. Once we receive the document, our team will review the same, and schedule a callback for final round of consultation. Typical turnaround time for review also depends on the length and complexity of the agreement, but ideally, it takes 2-7 days for our team to review a document.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the document. Standard draft agreements generally take between 3–14 days, but we aim to accommodate client needs whenever possible.

If your agreement involves negotiations with one or more counterparties, we recommend opting for our retainer packages. These packages provide ongoing legal support and representation throughout the negotiation process, including review and revision of clauses, strategic inputs, and coordination with the other parties, to ensure your interests remain protected at every stage.

Retainer packages may be customised based on the scope, complexity, and duration of the negotiations. Any additional fees or modifications to the package will be communicated and agreed upon in advance via email or call.

The payment made for any service may be refunded in the following situations:

1. Delay of more than 7 days in delivering the service without prior notice to or consultation with the client.
2. Client requests a refund within 12 hours of making the payment, if the turnaround time is more than 5 days. In case, where the turnaround time is less than 5 days, cancellation request should be made within 3 hours of making the payment.

Refunds will be processed promptly, and the client will be notified of the timeline and method of reimbursement. Please note that refunds will not be provided for changes in client requirements or cancellations made after work has commenced, except in the above cases. In no case, the consultation fee will be refunded.

Once the scope is finalised, you will be required to proceed with the service by paying the remaining fee upfront through our website. You will be then required to scheduled a new call with us (link will be shared to you via email, post payment confirmation) to discuss the subject matter in detail and confirm timelines.

If, during the consultation, it is determined that the selected service does not align with your requirements, we will advise you accordingly.

Where this change is identified within the applicable refund window, the balance amount paid after the consultation call may be refunded, and the client may proceed to book the appropriate service. The booking amount paid at the time of reservation remains non-refundable in all cases.

Clients can select multiple templates as needed. Each template can be purchased separately, and if you have a specific requirement not available in our library, you can submit a custom query. Our team will quote the price based on your needs within 24 hours. Once payment is received we share the tailored template within 48 hours.
